Hot Water Solutions in Kennesaw, GA is who we trust most to resolve nearly all of our plumbing concerns. Don't let their lack of capes fool you, because they really do go to heroic lengths to guarantee customer satisfaction.
We called Hot Water Solutions Inc. to inspect all of our home plumbing in a condo that's new to us and give us an estimate to replace the 21 year old 40 gallon, traditional tank style, gas water heater. Darrin (a co-owner) answered the phone on a Thursday evening (1/13/22) and was very cheerful and informative in helping us consider all water heater replacement factors. An appointment was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. the next morning (1/14/22. I received the expected text to let me know more than 30 minutes in advance of the technician's arrival.
Justin, the technician, was very polite, cheerful, thorough, knowledgable, and answered all of our questions and concerns. The following Monday (1/17/22) Justin installed our new water heater and did everything possible to make sure we were 100% satisfied. He even readjusted the metal pipes so all of them no longer touch any other metal pipes, the water heater tank and the furnace next to it, which was quite a feat in our very small utility closet.
Our condo polybutelene plumbing is also old and no longer up to code. When we asked about replacing it with PEX plumbing they were honest enough to say they can do that service, but it's probably most cost effective if a plumbing business specializing in that service be considered for the job since that would probably bring the labor cost down. They even offered recommendations for such a company.
It's easy to understand 100% why they have such high reviews on Google and BBB with no complaints. It's a pleasure to support this small family owned business in Kennesaw, GA and to see how happy their employees are working with them. We're very grateful Hot Water Solutions understands dedication and honesty to customers and being a good neighbor is good business.

Great Customer Service
Our basement flooded late afternoon today. It didn't take long for us to figure out it was our aged hot water unit. We began calling different service providers. Several of them told us they would need to SEE it first! Most of them told us they would be there the next day in the afternoon. Darrin at Hot Water Solutions was different. He asked us several quick questions, asked us to send some photos, gave us an honest fair price, and actually came out and replaced our unit after hours... CRAZY!
He was great! Changed EVERYTHING and even took the old heater. Hey hands down Darrin has great customer service and does an amazing job

Darrin King, owner of Hot Water Solutions, has been taking care of all my plumbing needs at both of my houses for several years. They installed a tankless water heater at one of my homes, replaced faucets, unclogged a major kitchen pipe, installed a new outdoor faucet among other things. As a small family run business, I have always found them to be honest and dependable with fair pricing.

Friendly and Knowledeable
We had a leaking hot water heater the Friday after Thanksgiving. They arrived within four hours and we had hot water by 5:00. The communication and pricing was great. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through everything he did to set up the new hot water heater. Would highly recommend.

Pleasant and Professional
Have used for water tank installation and dishwasher installation. Dishwasher installation was not done by dishwasher installers because of challenges, with Hot Water Solutions ,no problem. for our next installation of any kind it will be hot water solutions.
Leak at water meter. Didn't know if they did outdoor work or not, but called and had someone out that afternoon. Diagnosed it was a leak on the Cobb County Water side of the meter , and they dealt with contacting Cobb County Water Department since our dealing was less than satifactory. Someone from the Water Department should be out to fix the problem within 14 days.
Water tank installation was on a Saturday, the day before Easter, and we were doubtful that we would get any help. We searched Home Advisor and Hot Water Solutions name came up. They came out that day and fixed the problem. Pleasant and professional. Yes, we will use them again.

Woke up to leaking pipes connected to my water heater! Water all over the garage! What a crisis, I got on Google & started calling numbers in a panic. Pipe Master Tray representing Smyrna to the fullest showed up & got the bad pipe swapped out for less than $500. Job well done, no more leaking water in the garage. Pipe Master Tray even changed out my exterior hose spouts no extra charge, all for the culture! I’m a happy customer. The Absolute Best!!!
I can’t say enough about this awesome company. They are the best at finding the problem and taking care of it. I had a small leak that was almost impossible to find and would become a major problem . They found it and fixed it permanently. They also replaced a tankless system that supplies hot water instantly all over the house. The absolute best!!!

These Guys Were Amazing
These guy's were amazing. Not only did they call the manufacturer of my tankless water heater to see if they get a part covered under warranty - they got me a whole new tankless water heater and they were not the original installers either! I will use this team every time going forward.
